Tinkerer
Ok, so this card is pretty straightforward, but at the same time can be used by both players effectively. It changes both players' mentality of how the game is played because if you defeat a weaker monster, your monster also leaves the field, but you can also attack a stronger monster to have it leave the field... Anyway, what I'm asking is: is there any real way to use this card to your advantage (moreso than the opponent)?
Slinky
Yosenjus. Force your opponent on their level. Since your stuff is being returned anyway.
Atypical-Abbie
I wonder if Igknights could use this, since that way you could set up the Scales after you pop them. A silly idea, but could be fun.
Synchronized
It used to be so much more devastating than it is, before Special Summoning was like the only way to play and people could only normal summon a monster once per turn, maybe two. It's still a cool card, but too reliant on battle damage. Though I guess in this format, it might not be too bad. Yosenju is the only Deck I could see being able to have some fun with it, but even then there are better options.
evilfusion
Spirits + Spring of Rebirth! Smack opponent, bounce. Get smacked, bounce.
玄魔の王
Shame Mist Valley Thunderbird has that clause where it can't attack after it returns, or you could do a 2-card OTK.
Toffee.
Yosenjus.Force your opponent on their level. But still, it would be pretty silly. I meant that, if they want to attack, they have to prepare to get bounced too. Not necessarily you ramming them. Force them onto their level. J-Max
I have used this a few times and have actually bought me a turn or two due to the opponent being very hesitant to attack. The opponent said something along the lines of "Damn that Trap card lol"
玄魔の王
The other option is Degenerate Circuit, and then use it with DD Survivor and Scout Plane.
