Warrior-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Six Samuraimonsters

Once per turn, during either player's turn, when your opponentactivates a Spell/Trap Card: You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy another face-up "Six Samurai" monster you control instead.

 

As annoying as this is, it's probably okay.  Sams are doing jack-squat now, anyway.

I get the feeling that, considering this moved up in both format, there might be some six Sam legacy on the horizon.

Flavor wise, what sort of direction would they go?
They can't go back in time, since then it's Legendaries.
They can't really go forward in time, since then it's Shadow of the Six Samurai.
So... What then?

Effect wise, obviously they would be a bunch of double-E-Teles, since nobody will dickride the Archetype otherwise.
