Tinkerer
King of Rubble, Ozymandias EARTH * Rock <9/9> Pendulum Effect: You cannot Pendulum Summon Pendulum monsters. Lore: "My name is Ozymandias, king of kings: Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!" Nothing beside remains. ATK 100 DEF 100 Well? Does the condition limit the card enough/too hard? Thought it would be nice to make a simple card for once. What do you think?

RedEmissaryofDarkness
This is a rather strange card that I really don't know how to make this fit in. It's a strange anomaly that I am really not sure how to run. Considering Flavor and the actual effect, maybe it can have a use in Normal Pendulums if it was just this and maybe only Dragon Horn Hunter and make a sort of deck that has Solda and Felgrand, but that is really it. I can't think of an absolutely broken combo this can do Besides at the very least possibly Number 88 and Felgrand, but it's not likely. I am sure someone would come up with it, but I can't think of one.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
To be fair, this would only see use in Decks who don't run other Pendulum Monsters. By Typing, I would say Rocks have some use for it; but pretty sure they have other things they'd rather be doing. Maybe Vanilla beats in conjunction with Dragon Horn Hunter or some other Vanilla Pendulum with a lower scale, but I don't know at this point. ---- You could probably get away with changing the restriction to EARTH monsters; although Qlis would abuse it to no end (because they'd qualify for it). The restriction makes it somewhat difficult to focus a strategy around, but there's probably one. In terms of #88 (quoting above), no one really uses it; I think Puppets have a way to bring it out already; but even if you were to use it for 88 purposes, you'd have to run a Scale 6 or lower Pendulum in the Deck. Looking at things, it doesn't make for good consistency.
Tinkerer
Ha ha! The card is quite counterintuitive isn't it? Anyway, I think the way to use this would be to neg it's effect, but that may take more resources than its worth.
