TF2_The_Scout
It always bothered me that there are no rank 12 xyz monsters. There are a couple rank 11s, but no rank 12s. This is my attempt to create a rank 12 monster, but I'm no too sure if I balanced it, or if it's OP or underwhelming.Darkforce Weudai Dragondragon/xyz/effectLightrank 12attack: 5000 defense: 40002 or more Level 12 Synchro MonstersYou can also Xyz Summon this card by banishing 2 "Rank-Up-Magic" cards from your hand and using a Rank 8 or higher Dragon-Type Xyz Monster as Xyz Material(Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card_ Once per turn, during either player's turn: If a card effect is activated, during either player's turn, you can negate the activation and if you do, destroy that card. flowerviolence
It's sort of insane to get that out (Unless you run two Ultimaya's which count as Level 12.)But Get him out, and SS Beelze from the eff, and bam you won the duel essentially. (Unless your op has a lot of backrow or a few set monsters.)
Trebuchet MS
Usually because Level 12 monsters are bosses in their own right, and seeing 2 or more of them on the field without Level manipulation is rare. The only Rank 11s that exists is a Rank-Up. So not only is this very difficult to make, nothing can Rank-Up into it using any of the tools available. You'd need a minimum of 6 base monsters to make this card (unless you shortcut the process with Ultimaya) - that's an incredibly prohibitively high hoop to jump through. Not to mention that if anyone can reasonably make LV12 Synchros, they can also make Quasar which is more practical.

I didn't really make this to make it extremely good. I pretty much only made it because it annoyed me how there weren't any.Anyway, what changes could be made to make this a bit more practical? Trebuchet MS
Give it an alternate Summoning condition that would make it easier to play, like making it able to Xyz Change from a Rank 9 or higher Xyz Monster (at a steep cost, of course). If you do so, you might also want to tighten the restriction on its negation effect to once per turn.
Wildflame
Maybe make it LIGHT so you can Astral Force Number 99 into it? Idk
TF2_The_Scout
EDIT:-Made a LIGHT monster-Added alternate summoning condition-Effect negation is now once per turn.
TF2_The_Scout
So, how does this look? Overwhelming, underwhelming, balanced, playable, what?
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Post the card lore underneath; it's rather difficult to read it off the card. It would help if you read the section rules: You must post your card's effect underneath, so we can read it better.

I didn't see that part in the rules.
Trebuchet MS
2 Level 12 Synchro Monsters If you control a rank 8 or higher dragon-type xyz with only 1 material attached to it: You can also Xyz Summon this card by banishing 2 "Rank-Up-Magic" cards from your hand and using a Rank 8 or higher Dragon-Type Special summon this card using that Xyz Monster with 1 Xyz Material attached to it as the Xyz Material (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card). Once per turn, during either player's turn, if a card effect is activated: You can negate it the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special summon 1 Dragon-type Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck. It cannot activate its effects and is returned to the extra deck at the end of this turn. Requiring you to banish 2 RUMs from your hand to pseudo-Rank Up this monster is already a tight enough restriction - it's incredibly rare that someone would have 2 RUMs in their hand at once and control an appropriate Xyz Monster for it. The fact that the target Xyz Monster has to be a Dragon and have only 1 Material makes things a little uneasy. You can do away with the Xyz Material requirement and it'll still be suitably stringent. Xyz Change effects are almost always inherent Summons unless the to-be-Material is the one initiating said Xyz Change. I edited it, fixing the wording and taking away the material requirement. I also gave it the option to use more than 2 Synchros as materials. Now, it only needs a Dragon-Type Xyz and to banish 2 RUMs from hand.
