GarlandChaos
Its stats are a bit too high for a Rank 1 monster, I'd change it too 400/300 or so. Also, why would you tribute a Monster with a potentially great effect just to give this card more ATK?
The Nyx Avatar
Actually, this is a Level 1 monster. And the ATK is not too high for either a Level/Rank 1 monster. The highest ATK for a Level 1 monster is 900 (unless you count Meklord Emperors, but they can't be Normal Summoned). However, I changed its ATK and DEF anyways, as it can be considered too high for its effect.
Trebuchet MS
During your Draw Phase, if you drew this card for your normal draw: You can reveal this card and discard it; destroy 1 monster on the field. You cannot Special Summon or Set monsters the turn you activate this effect. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Tribute 1 other monster; this card gains ATK equal to the Tributed monster's original ATK. During either player's turn, except the Damage Step, if your opponent activates a card effect that activates in the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate the activation. It's... oddly specific. All bits of it. Non-targeting monster removal is always handy, but needing to topdeck this card to do sharply reduces the number of scenarios where it would be feasibly used. You can afford to scrub off the drawback afterwards and it won't change much. Very few would consider Tributing anything to boost this card. Probably Hieratics, but they have better things to do than run this card. Final effect is the decent one of the bunch, and unlike similar effects it can trigger the turn you send it to the Graveyard. Being able to stop effects that trigger in the Graveyard can help stifle cards that trigger off destruction - including this card's first effect. Problem is that there's about an equal number of card effects that would like to target cards in the Graveyard, which this can't do much about. Oh well. Flare909
This overpowered, no surprise no notices. 1. You have monster that can destroy any card as soon as its drawn. 2. It can boost the original attack of any monster packed with its other op 1st effect. 3. The 3rd effect is even making this card more overpowered. You can draw it, destroy any card, then for further uses it can even be useful in graveyard. I'd say get rid of the tribute thing because you can easily use any card like gold sarcophagus to add this card to your hand without discarding it. The main reason it's overpowered is because it can instantly flip a duel around as its drawn. Much appreciate the creativity though.
