Other "Koa'ki Meiru" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. During either players turn: when a monster effect is activated you can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card then Negate the activation and if you do destroy it. While this card has no Xyz Material it cannot be destroyed by its own effect.

When this card is send from your hand to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Koa'ki Meiru" monster you can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand during the End Phase. When this card is your hand is revealed by the effect of a "Koa'ki Meiru" monster you can Draw 1 card.

This doesn't seem like much of a step up from already existing Koa'ki Meiru cards. The archetype would still be too slow; only the Xyz monster seems to keep the Koa'ki Meiru on the field a bit longer. However, it doesn't help if it's destroyed too easily. All you really need is a way to keep them on the field longer, since they're prone to any Spell/Trap and monster effect.
