Atypical-Abbie
I got an idea when I saw Magispecters, and how they don't have any Pendulum Effects. This could also be used in Pendulum Normal Monsters for those that don't have any effects as well. Target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone with no effects, then declare 1 of these effects; it gains the declared effect. ● All monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF. ● If the only monsters you control are Pendulum Summoned, all monsters you control gain 1000 ATK and DEF. The Nyx Avatar
It's a subtle card. I don't think some of these Pendulum cards need Pendulum effects anyways, but I can see the reasoning behind these cards. This could be an ATK/DEF increase to use with Magiscpecters; though, if it did exist, I'd suggest only using 2 or 1 in a Deck.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Given that the current Magispecters are rather lacking in attacking power, a small boost would help them out. Although depending on any further support they get in the coming days, they might already do something about their stats. But in all, seems good so far. I think it's Magispecters and those Jump Festa Pendulums (Mandragon and some other stuff) that benefit from this the most. Likely more, but can't name them off the top of my head right now.
