AnnieShifter
WATER Dragon/Xyz/Effect Rank 7 ATK/DEF 2800/2500 2 Level 7 monsters When any player's monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the attack, then you can Special Summon 1 "Odd-Eyes" monster from your hand or Graveyard. If this Xyz Summoned card is sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Odd-Eyes" monster from your Extra Deck, except "Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon". You can only use each effect of "Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon" once per turn. With all the new support for Magicians and Odd-Eyes, OEAD has become an even more spectacular boss for the deck. Capable of summoning back any of the new Odd-Eyes monsters gives the card a whole new level of utility and power, that it previously did not have. The card allows the deck to go for spectacular plays and helps the deck recover from losses. I'm pretty sure we can all agree how bad*** the card is in general with its good stats, artwork, effect, and even name.

AnnieShifter
trapeze+this is pure degenerate. best part is it's not even hard to pull off Trapeze pretty much screams OTK. You just gave me an idea on what to add to my Pendulum Magician deck. I can't believe I forgot Trapeze. :)
evilfusion
I'm amazed personally on how many upgrades and support cards Odd-Eyes is getting that makes me happy to see them. As opposed to what Utopia was doing for years. It just feels like these cards are designed to be more flexible and part of a well-rounded group of options for its evolution(s). They also seem very aesthetically pleasing. This one being icy and awesome. And it's a Water (Vortex is Wind. Meteorburst is Fire) This card looks pretty awesome. It can negate attacks, like Utopia, including your own, and then bring out an Odd-Eyes from the hand or Graveyard, which could easily be something you just detached. Being a generic Rank 7 is nice, making this an option over Odd-Eyes Rebellion if you don't have 2 Dragons. 2800 ATK is a good middle point from Pendulum Dragon's 2500 and Rebellion Dragon's 3000. And if it was Xyz Summoned and then sent to the Graveyard (preventing revival abuse), you can bring out an Odd-Eyes monster from the Extra Deck. This could be the Synchro, Rebellion Dragon, or the Fusion. Which makes me think there's some nice flavor hidden in the Odd-Eyes Extra Deck upgrades. Rune-Eyes and Beast-Eyes are Fusions, but they're not "true" evolutions. They're imperfect fusions, a bit unrefined, as Yuya pretty much learned Fusion by accident. Then there's Odd-Eyes Vortex, the first "true" Odd-Eyes Fusion monster, probably made or used when he understands it better or gets more strength. Odd-Eyes Rebellion is an evolution of Odd-Eyes, but it's also a merging of Yuto's Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon, making it a Pendulum-Xyz. This is now a true Xyz evolution, seemingly independant of one of Yuya's dimensional counterparts. And it synergizes pretty well with Rebellion Dragon by making it easier to bring out. Meteorburst Dragon seems to be a Synchro evolution, but NOT one forged by merging Clear Wing and Odd-Eyes, as we might expect to happen eventually. 玄魔の王
YGOPro currently has this thing' ATK coded as 2700, and that screwed me today when I tried to crash it into a Moulinglacia to float into OERD. Overall, I love the new Odd-Eyes stuff, but I'm kinda sad the Pendulum Dragon Fusions turned out to be dead ends.

玄魔の王
Which fusions? Beast-Eyes and Rune-Eyes. They have no future.
AnnieShifter
Yeah. The cards would be so much better if they were actual odd-eyes monsters.

Yellow Jacket
Ooh I can't wait till we get a 4000 ATK Odd-Eyes. Maybe they might decide to do Odd-Eyes Ultimate Dragon? Nah, Yuga doesn't have 3 OEPDs. Still, I love this cards artwork. The effect to give me my Rebellion Dragon is cool too. I could see Odd-Eyes in the future being quite the competitive deck. Hexanort
card is amazing, easy OERD material in case you need some burn in M2, decent stat too, it can ram 3 mat infinity, and felgrand (also float) float into 3000atk monster that also float into your pendulum zone, or 3000 def that bounce a monster
Yellow Jacket
I wonder what other targets this card will get in the future. I hope Yuya debuts this in the anime as well. It would be a shame if this card never gets any air time. It deserves it.
