Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted May 22, 2015 Report Share Posted May 22, 2015 This is basically set-up for RDA / Hot RDA or some 2-mat Rank 4 plays; although most likely the former if you plan to use it in Jack.dek or something. Anyway, it's essentially a 1-card RDA in itself; although that's not necessarily a bad thing. Flavor-wise, it's a mini version of RDA so stats/Level are halved.
