If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can discard 1 card; send 1 FIRE monster from your Deck to your Graveyard, then add 1 FIRE monster with a different Level than the sent monster from your Deck to your hand, except “Blastthrough Kicker”. I might have to check the Levels, but I believe Party of Fire can make good use of this! Send Waitress, search, and pop. I don't see many other FIRE TCG Decks using this outside of maybe Fire Kings since Fire Fist normally don't want to send stuff, but DP probably has room for this somewhere, and is a really nice card as such!
