superkid555
When your opponent doesn't control any monsters, it is a direct attack so there's no need for that second effect.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
I believe it means if there isn't a monster in the same column it becomes a direct attack. That's probably the case, because indeed no monsters on the opponent's field = direct attack. In terms of the first effect, I'm assuming that it gives the monster attacking the ability to pierce, and deal double battle damage. If used with Odd-Eyes or some other cards that either can pierce or increase the damage, this could end up being an OTK enabler. I could go further with U.A. Dunker + Jersey; those two cards together already can deal 2x the piercing damage. Add it to this card, and it can become 4x (which is pretty much insane). Of course, any monster with reasonable stats is bound to do considerable piercing damage; regardless if they can already pump out extreme amounts of it without this card's help. Second effect does bring up the idea of monster placing on the field; assuming the second effect involves the columns, it'd most likely lead to a free direct attack from whatever monster you choose. ---- Regardless, this is basically an OTK enabler for the most part; either you can double the piercing damage or give another monster free reign to direct attack. I'd advise that you add an OPT clause on it, and/or restricting your attacks that turn to only that monster.
DoctorMiracle
Thanks for all the feedback! True, thinking about it, this can be used as an OTK assault so I have to change it up so it won't be like that. The most viable will probably what Sakura suggested with as a Once per turn clause with the targeted monster being the only one to attack seems like the best option.
