Blake
I won't say the most broken, but this is easily one of the most broken cards to exist, period. It does far too much for far too little, and has no restrictions on it at all. The little bit of Traditional theory I did showed me just how broken this fuck is, and it's got a ton of searchers in Trad, so you'll find it basically every game. And finding it is, generally, a wincon in and of itself. Way, way too strong, and one of the cards is say is unlikely to ever come back without a major errata. Even if Uniflora was banned, I'd still say it wouldn't come back, as Uniflora isn't the only thing that breaks it.
ihop
Whilst I don't think it's the most broken card in Trad, partly because it actually requires you to play Uniflora which is a bit crappy without Cat, it's pretty ridiculous. Madolche get a 1-card OTK off it, I assume Uniflora makes it a 1-card OTK and pretty much everywhere you can play it in gives you huge advantage. No way it can come back. No way it can come back.In my eyes (barring Uniflora, as I have no interest in that FTK), it's second only to Painful Choice. Even a deck like Fabled auto-wins when it finds cat, and cat has, like, 4 ways to find it. Witch, Sangan, Choice, Last Will. Finding it is stupid easy. Even in Advanced, with it being harder to find, you can still Lavalval into revival of some sort, or find it naturally and win anyways. Too fucking much. ihop
Thing is, it still requires you to play mediocre cards/a mediocre deck (sorry Fabled) to get the maximum out of it. Sure, it's normally an autowin if you find it but if you don't find it you're left with an inferior deck. I know you can make a case for that not being relevant as to how broken this card is because Cat itself is still amazing, but at least it requires some deck support whereas cards like Painful Choice and Card of Safe Return (imo the most broken card) either need very little support or need support which comes naturally to a lot of very good decks. Blake
I'd say painful choice is the most, but card of safe return is def up there, too. Probably more than cat, come to think of it, if only a bit. Painful choice in BA/Infernoid/Doll is terrifying, not to mention more generic uses are still stupid as fuck. Neutrality Man
Is there nothing a Hard OPT can't fix?
Ryusei the Morning Star
I'd say hard opt. No tooling clause like rabbit. Card is fair
Toffee.
Uniflora, X-Saber Airbellum(I forget if Beasts have another Level 3 Tuner), and Hootcake are... What.... The only cards that make This card a threat? Aside from Cat's idiotically-easy-to-obtain status, I mean.

mido9
What if rescue cat was made to add to hand instead of summoning it? Then it's thunder seahorse but more recyclable and reusable but at least takes your NS

evilfusion
It's funny, because I often noted that Rescue Rabbit was trying so hard to avoid being abused like Rescue Cat was. -Rescue Cat gave access to the effects of the monsters it Summoned. Rescue Rabbit made you grab Normal Monsters. -Rescue Cat was often revived. Rescue Rabbit banished itself. -Rescue Cat could often be comboed to go off multiple times a turn. Rescue Rabbit had a hard OPT clause. -Rescue Cat worked well with Synchros. Rabbit made you grab monsters with the same name. -Rescue Cat merely destroyed the Summoned monsters. Rabbit banished them. What caused Rabbit to go rogue was it grabbed Level FOUR or lower monsters. And the Dino Xyz.

evilfusion
Actually Rabbit also merely destroys the monsters. That's what I get for not reading Rabbit when talking about it. Can't rely on my memory for every detail. Whoops.

That should probably speak for itself.

I just got distracted mid-sentence.But it's funny, really...Cat had existed for ages, and only got list attention when people remembered thatIt was a card, because Airbellum was Beast-Type, and could make Brionac with it, while we still had Premature.Or at least, if I remember how it went.
