CLG Klavier
Destroy as many cards in the Pendulum Zones as possible, then apply these effects and resolve in sequence, depending on the number of cards destroyed.● 1 or more: Inflict 500 damage to your opponent.● 2 or more: You can add 1 Pendulum Monster from your Deck to your hand.● 3 or more: You can banish 1 card on the field.● 4: You can add 1 "Swaying Gaze" from your Deck to your hand.aka "I'll pop my Qli scales, Xyz and have a backup Scout to restart everything just in case". I wonder how it will impact Qlis. It gives them a fuckton of extra power.

Blake
And this is an exxample of why I leaving Pendulum Scales out is a bad idea. It's a major reason why I'm not fond of Majespecter atm and don't have especially high hopes for them. Same for Magicians. Well, not this card itself, but just how vulnerable leavin your scales on board makes you.

Resident Fascist
Running it without playing it against another Pendulum deck feels somewhat mediocre. It's an enormous tempo break, you're giving up 3 cards to burn for 500 and search scout to make a rank 4, which unless you were really in the position of losing the game already and wanted to wipe the board with Exciton or something similar. Granted you can search any Pendulum, so there's that. To me it feels like a sideboard card for Pendulum decks in the Pendulum mirror, it seems ridiculous to do all your things, set this and pass your turn, then pop your opponent's scales, take something off their board, search another Pendulum and another copy and inflict some irrelevant minor burn. In the way it's a huge tempo break, it's a huge tempo swing and honestly this is probably going to be a big card at some point or another. Although the Rank 4 reach is quite nice. I mean, OCG Qli were willing enough to Heavy Storm themselves to pop the scales.
Ryusei the Morning Star
Guys 2100 burn is no joke! That's OCG CED level burn and its limited for a reason

It was more of a selective match up deal. I have seen pendulum 5, Shock, Trishula (w/ veiler) and even crazier things. I feel like swaying gives you recovery that heavy didn't at the cost of not eliminating the opponents resistance
ihop
Trouble is it's very difficult to get proper value out of it unless you open Scout and then you're putting yourself back one Scout since you'll need to pop it in order to gain advantage. Against an opposing non-Pendulum deck I don't really think it's any better than Trampolynx at clearing your scales.

SirReal
I've tried it in TCG Qlis as a way to make Towers Turbo consistent. about 80% of duels is me opening with Towers, second turn is usually a second one, and if my opponent survives the onslaught, a third Towers can be dropped. It's a pretty jank build featuring every Qli except for Skybase maxed out. And it works pretty consistently.
