Harriet Tubman would be a good one IMO.

No.  Cuz then she'd be trying to lead all the dollars in my wallet to freedom.

But real sheet tho this is a breakthrough.  The first woman in U.S. history is about to have her face printed on money.  It'll probably be that way for the rest of our current lives.  That's big sheet.

Yeah it will sure be!!! Bigger than maternity leave and fraking equal pay!! :D

But why replace Hamilton? ;-; why not replace Andrew Jackson? For those that don't know him he was responsible for the trail of tears, he also threatened to invade one of the Carolinas, but he did allow the "common man" to vote. Heh, guess we can't blame him, he did have a bad childhood :/. (His parents were killed in the revolutionary war and a British officer slashed him in the face with a sword).

ah well, away with Hamilton I guess >_>

Wait, no Hamiliton made the federal bank system, and got shot in a duel (not yugioh but ...a legit duel!!!). So I don't think he should be touched...

How about 50$? Grant wasn't a great president, corruption was abundant during his term. But he was a great war general......so I guess not

Why not bring the good 'ol 2$ bill back? I mean Jefferson was a big deal sure, but they canned his bill anyhow. So I think the 2$ would be a good idea to use!!!!

I think I read that they might replace Jackson too eventually, it's just that $10 bills happen to be being reprinted sooner with newer security stuff, so that's why Hamilton goes first. And he's still gonna be on the bill somewhere, just not prominently in the center.

Susan B. Anthony? Face of the suffragette movement, and giving women the right to vote was the first big step towards equality of the sexes in the US.

Shame that most women nowadays don't even know what women's suffrage is to the point that they'll sign a petition trying to get rid of it:

Also I don't think this is a very big deal. There are far more important issues that need to be addressed other than having a womens face on a dollar bill.

While I don't particularly care who it is since I'm sure it's going to be a relevant person, I'm a bit disappointed it's the 10 since Hamilton is my favorite historical figure from that time period and I think that if anyone deserves to be taken off a bill it's Jackson (and replaced with Madison preferably).
