HERO Alliance

Spell Card

Activate this card while you control a Level 8 or higher "HERO" Fusion Monster with exactly 2500 ATK and 2000 DEF. Special Summon as many Level 4 "HERO" Monster(s) from your hand or graveyard with their effects negated. The summoned Monster(s) cannot attack and cannot be used as Xyz Materials. You can only activate "HERO Alliance" once per turn.

Let me see all of the possible monsters that can use to trigger this card:

  • Absolute Zero
  • Terra Firma
  • Escuridao
  • Vision HERO Trinity

Out of this list, Absolute Zero's the one you're most likely to have out. Terra Firma might see use, but nowadays people tend to use the Omni HEROs.

Escuridao only grants ATK bonuses, so falls into the same category as Masked HERO Goka.

 

Trinity, maybe but I don't know about how often it's used (or if it's even played nowadays).

I'm not really keen on a Soul Charge-esque card for HEROs, especially since it can SS from the hand also, and can translate into more Fusion bait (and Synchro, if you opt to go that way).

However, the effect negation and Xyz Material is needed here, since [1] Shadow Mist and Blazeman are things and [2] Castel / 101 and other generic R4s exist; among others.

 

Even with that said, the list of available targets isn't exactly great (save for Ab0); unless you do some weird combo and make one of the Neos Fusions Level 8 or something.

 

Although you could use said SSed monsters as walls, should you need them; but I think you'd likely use them to Fusion Summon (or Mask Change).

I would probably put a restriction on the amount of monsters you can summon, or have an LP cost like Soul Charge does.
