Continuous Spell

Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase: The turn player can target 1 monster they control; place that target underneath this card, also destroy all other monsters they control. While this card is on the field, the turn player draws 1 additional card for their normal draw during their Draw Phase for each of their monsters underneath this card.

Finally an interesting card for Shin Neo New Sawatari-san.

Reaaaaally reminds me of that Cookmate card but this sounds pretty fun and the self-Raigeki hurt less since you're a pendulum deck after all. Only problem is that it'll eat MSTlike no tomorrow, and assuming you're the one activating it first, your opponent gets to draw 2 first.

Idea still sounds amusing still.

I don't think they can, you can draws additional cards only if your monster is underneath this card, so the player who active it will gets the draw effect first

I beg to differ; it would set a precedent for the "put cards underneath this card" mechanic separate from the Xyz attach mechanic, unless I'm mistaken, and we already have something like that.

They could just be weird and say you put counters on the card, and say you had to note which player placed [x] counters on it. I mean, it's not like we never had cards that require you to note things before

Considering how important the hand can be in a Pendulum deck, it actually makes sense for Sawatari to have a card like this. And it's destroy your monsters clause matters less for Pendulum decks as well. It's a card that gives you a very nice advantage against non Pendulum decks while creating a very accelerated game state against other Pendulum decks.

Edit: also I'm just a huge fan of cards both players can use to try to gain advantage, like how field spells were back in the day.
