This acts very similar to that of Nimble Momonga, Giant Germ and a lot of those other cards that replace themselves.

In this case, you net a free draw every time it's destroyed.

 

Personally, I'm not a fan of them netting a free draw when they get destroyed; especially in this sort of capacity.

However, yeah it does help with restoring card advantage.

 

I would probably say change its SS effect to only bring out 1 "Rose of Rainbows" when it's destroyed; although that wouldn't do too much.

Personally I love it.

Not gonna mention the usual Plant support, but this card is consistent enough with said support to be an engine, and it can fuel The World Tree as you get draws.

Though I find it balanced that it must be destroyed via battle and that the other copies must come out face-down. That means you can't ram all 3 on the same turn and that your opponent has a lot of ways around it.

 

All "Summon 2" copies have something going for it.

Nimble Momonga gives +1000 LP, Giant Germ gives 500 damage, Nimble Musasabi gives damage and punching bags, Nimble Manta goes off via effects, Naturia Cherries are Tuners and go off via both battle or destruction.

I don't see why this card couldn't exist. It offers interaction in exchange for the pluses. Also ultimately it is deck thinning more than pluses, since killing them off is more of a meat wall that replaces itself when all 3 go down.
