Oath-to-Order
I noticed there were no Fusion Tuners and decided to do something about it. Lore:2 Dragon-type Monsters This card cannot be used as an Xyz material monster. Once per turn, you can banish one Dragon-type Monster in your graveyard to activate one of the following:• Increase this card's level by the banished Monster's level.• This card's level becomes equal to the banished monster's level. EDIT: Fixed it against Xyz abuse and added an OTP clause on level changing. EDIT2: Changed Materials and level changing food to Dragons. Also, changed it to a rare card for ease of reading name. Sander
There isn't much to say here, given on how its only good for Instant Fusion wombo-combo's.
Lord Bard
Yahooo I will be getting a second star, or so i suppose. So to start off things, his stats are ok for a level 4 fusion monster. But he is also a tuner and a level 4, level changing tuner, so that is kinda OP in a way. So since you can use him with Instant Fusion he is fast Xyz or Synchro monster. And he can switch levels. Example would be you SS Cyber Dragon which is fairly easy nowadays and then you Instant Fusion to get him on the field. Then just banish level 1/5 monster and then boom you have either level 10 syn or rank 5 xyz monster. So you might want to include this in your monster's effect: "This card cannot be used as a Xyz material monster." That balances it quite a bit. So he is not hard to summon even tho you have that 1 reptile + 1 reptile thingy. You should think more on support cards that are already in the game. Oath-to-Order
I actually did mean to remove his ability to Xyz...I just forgot. Lol ^~^I'll fix it now. Thank you, kind Ser. Also, I actually meant to give him 200 ATK, but typoed. After looking at this, though, maybe he should have 1900 instead...not sure really. I'll leave it be for now, though. Oh, and thanks so much for your helpful comment, Mr. Xander Royce. It was much appreciated...-.-
Sleepy
It sounds like a good card for Instant Fusion, although it doesn't really sound all that great if you are thinking about using Polymerization on it.Well, it is a successful Tuner at least. It'd be great if there were any Reptiles that benefited from it, but none comes to mind... at most gaining LP with Granadora's Summon and then fusing it, but nah.... One little detail, you don't have to write "bla bla + bla bla" in the materials, I mean look at this card: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Dragonecro_Nethersoul_Dragon^btw, it is kind of fitting to link to Dragonecro, being another generic Fusion with 2 monsters of the same type as the materials. You also don't need to leave that extra empty line between the materials and the effect.
Oath-to-Order
Thanks, Sleepy, for the feedback. I had been thinking of changing it to 2 Dragon-Types, but seemed a little overused and I figured that people would just go for five-head regardless...^~^But, I guess you're right about the reptile thing, because aliens and worms are the only ones i can think of and only aliens have Synchros and that is only one...^~^
goodfusion
I personally think it shouldn't be able to be summoned using Instant Fusion, because it would be stupid to have a Tuner appear out of nowhere for free. You can do this by adding a "Must first be Fusion Summoned using the above Fusion Material Monsters." like Gem Knight Seraphinite has: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Gem-Knight_Seraphinite This looks like a nice tech for the under-supported Reptile-Type, as you can summon it with not much effort by using Dragon's Mirror, and can get the required materials (for both the Fusion Summon and to use with its effect) easily with Snake Rain. Oath-to-Order
Pendulum Summons makes Instant Fusion a little laggy, don't you think? Also, that "free" Tuner just cost you a Thousand LP, so I think that's okay, since Judgment Dragon removes an entire field with 1000 LP cost. Then there's the fact that if Instant Fusion is used for Xyz, why not Synchros?

The issue is that well... that is the whole concept. This card is not really worthwhile going -2 to Fusion Summon it properly. It doesn't pack a punch and being a Tuner isn't really gonna make up for that. Though yeah, now that you mention it, it does have Dragon's Mirror. I don't personally think Instant Fusion Tuner is much of an issue, Norden usually is the go to Instant Fusion card regardless and I think we have a Pendulum Tuner coming somewhere, which are most likely. Compared to this it sounds like this could exist down the road... but I see what the concern is.
goodfusion
I dunno, maybe it's just that I don't like instant Fusion as it almost completely reduces the need to summon the Fusion Monster normally, and saying it's balanced because of arguably completely overpowered cards (Judgement Dragon and Norden, although Norden is only really OP because of Instant Fusion) doesn't seem like a good idea to me. Also, the card would still be very easy to use in a Reptile-Type deck because of Dragon's Mirror (I can imagine it would be useful in an Alien deck for higher level Synchros). Also Sleepy, there are Pendulum Tuners already (Dracoslayer Luster Pendulum and Superior Dragon Magician) although both have limitations on what you can summon with it, unlike this. goodfusion
Uh, well up to you I guess. I see no need to give it Dragon-Type materials not Reptile-Type ones, as you are very likely to be just summoning it with Instant Fusion, and if you do decide to summon it with Dragon's Mirror or even Polymerisation you may as well make it support for a considerably less supported Type, as Dragon has a lot of powerful support already.
