Thomas★Zero
[spoiler=Effect]1 Tuner Monster + 1 or more Non-Tuner Monster(s) If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. When this card is destroyed (either by battle or by card effect): You can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower Fiend-Type Tuner Monster from your graveyard with 1000 ATK or less to your side of the field, if you do: inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the summoned monster. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Well, it's a generic Level 7 that can pierce off a 2.6K body and revives one of its materials should it die; coupled with burn. To be fair, aside from Resonators and stuff (probably Jack.dek, which I could actually see him using in ARC-V, design-wise and all), not sure what sort of Deck this can really fit into. Other Decks that can afford to make 7s can probably run this for the piercing power, but compared to other generic ones, it doesn't have more to offer other than piercing. Being able to float a Tuner of your choice when it dies is nice, since it still gives you some degree of battle protection and if you can survive the hit, set up for another Synchro afterwards. Aside from the above, I don't see any major flaws with it. I would probably keep it as a Level 7 option if I had space.
