Pendulum Inpenetrable

Thinking about it, this actually stops a lot of plays in Performage and Pals, working against Wavering Eyes, Luster, Ignister (to an extent), Ppal Pendulum Sorcerer, and pretty much any other way to set off Higurumi.

I don't really keep up with OCG, so I don't know if this is already a thing, but it really seems like it could be.

Oh, this is actually one of the pendulum cards that isn't jank. Accelerator is correct that it has (well, had, before Wavering Eyes) a use in Qli as to protect its scales, specifically from Fire Lake which would almost always make you lose if it resolved. It has the advantage of protecting your other non-scales too in that case. Now that Qli don't need it anymore I don't know if it's useful, I have no idea about any of this performapal performage pendulum dracoslayer magician ocg stuff etc etc.

Well, in OCG now, a lot of decks focus on popping their scales quite a lot for synergies and combos, so in that case it's actually an "offensive" card of sorts because it forces them to stick with their scales for a turn and clogs them, but alas, Magical Spring does that better because it's also a "Draw 2 discard 1" in that case.

Oh, I guess that's kinda good. The ability to stop a Luster is particularly important because it has a shitty scale and you may well be relying on getting a better scale after you search. I guess it's good against that Pendulum Sorcerer thing too if that ever becomes relevant.

Pend Sorcerer is one of the main players Ina deck that's near T0 in the OCG.

Luster's scale is only shitty in Igknight (no real space), Magician, and Qli, though.

Ok, calling it a shitty scale is probably inaccurate, it's scale being shitty is not the issue. The issue is that you may well be in a position where you scale lock yourself in order to resolve Luster and if the Luster is fizzled you're scale locked for a turn.

Saying a deck is tier 0 in OCG is like saying a deck is tier 0 in 2013.

Luster and Higurumi is 5/5. sheet indeed.

? Scale 5 CAN clog since if you want to pop your flame mascot with your luster slayer for +2 and doesn't work.

Plus, OCG is crazy with alot of extremely powerful cards that we have banned, so his point is understandable.

Also, because of your lack of actual readable points here it has become very hard for me to decipher what you mean.

I was agreeing with ihop on both points.
