Quick-Play Spell

Activate only if you control 2 cards in your Pendulum Zones. Return all monsters you control that were Pendulum Summoned with those two cards to the location they were summoned from (min. 1), then Special Summon all cards in your Pendulum Zones.

 

It's kinda like De-Fusion or De-Synchro for Pendulums, but De-Pendulum sounded really stupid.

How about renaming it Pendulum Unbalance or Unbalanced System (since these would cause a Pendulum to stop irl)

 

I like this card. This was pretty much what I thought would be cool, so good job.

 

Is it possible to put non-Pendulum monsters in Extra Deck? That part is the only part I'm confused with. So are you unable to activate this card if you do not control a Pendulum Monster that was Pendulum Summoned?

Oh, yeah. Non-pendulum monsters can't go to the Extra Deck. Fixed it. 

And I think Pendulum Cancel fits better with the rest of the group because that's what the Japanese names of De-Fusion and De-Synchro are.

And if you haven't Pendulum summoned a monster, you shouldn't be able to activate it. I think the way I worded it works, but I'm not too sure.

As it is now, you should be fine.

 

If you don't have a P-Summoned monster from those two, it shouldn't be able to trigger (though it's a little more flexible, as you don't need ALL monsters that were P-Summoned to be present). Of course, you will need to remember when you P-Summon stuff + where they came from; that's about it.

 

But otherwise, I suppose this can be helpful for protecting your Scales from being blown up, by turning them back into monsters instead (although you lose the ability to P-Summon for a while). Suppose you could also use to change stuff like Odd-Eyes Rebellion back into a monster (or whatever ED Pendulums come out in the future) or other high Level Pendulums, which is kind of cool also.
