Elsa card from frozen, my english too bad, i'm Vietnamese

Let me try and translate this into the Yugioh language (PSCT), given my understanding of this.

(1) Twice per turn: You can negate the effects of monsters your opponent currently controls until the end of your 3rd turn, also negate the activation of your opponent's Spell Cards until the end of your 3rd turn.

(2) This card cannot attack your opponent directly.

---------

OK then, there are some SERIOUS problems here.

Please keep in mind that because you opted to post this in the Advanced section, I will be critiquing you to that standard (as in its effects on the current gamestate).

First of all, it is essentially a one-sided Skill Drain + Spell Canceller for most intents and purposes.

Latter negates all Spell Cards, and Skill Drain kills off effect monsters from triggering.

Sure, you cannot attack with this directly, but at 3000/4500 stats, your opponent isn't going to be able to do much; especially since you've essentially locked out trying to bounce it with Castel, pop it with Raigeki or essentially any form of removal in monster/Spell form.

Yes, you can use Fiendish Chain, Mirror Force and some other things, or even negate her summoning, but if you need to rely on Fiendish and other staple methods to block her, that's really not good design.

As-is, Elsa is really nothing more than a walking floodgate on a 3/4.5K body.

Floodgates are not good design, because it restricts what players can do (and in certain cases, this can shut them down completely).

Mind you, most if not all Decks rely on monsters/Spell Card effects. You shut them down, and they are effectively screwed.

Do keep in mind that she can still be Special Summoned via revival effects and other things.

Pendulums are out of the question, but nothing is stopping you from using said summoning to generate the 2 Tributes needed for her to come out (1 if you have Monarchs Stormforth).

---------

A word about Pop Culture cards in this section.

If you opt to design cards based after characters from other movies and media, you must constrain their powers while also making sure you don't break any of the mechanics in this game. (In this case, don't make it a blatant floodgate that can trigger twice per turn, and shut off 2/3 [or more] of your opponent's resources.)

Elsa might be good in the movie, but this sort of effect is NOT the way you would go around designing a card based on her powers.

---------

For starters, reduce her Level and stats by half (Level 6, 1500/2250 stats).

Level 6 fits her better; not as a Level 12 with extremely broken effects.

Then, remove the floodgate effects and think of a tamer effect to give her.

You can still give her the ability to negate things, however it should be a hard OPT and limited to one card.

I suppose you could have her negate the effect of 1 card on the field while she exists on the field; once she dies, then the cards regain their effects.

I would highly recommend just negating the effecf of 1 card on the field, and that's it.

(And just for the record, I have not watched Frozen)

I think by freeze, he means the cards cannot attack, change position, be activated/activate effect. I think he just means can't do anything. But thats just my assumption. And like Sakura said, this card's stats are too high and its effect is too strong. The only way I think I can beat him is having Gravity bind then get out Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon and steal its ATK then attack it.
