1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase: You can banish both this face-up card on the field and 1 random card in your opponent's hand until your next Standby Phase. During your opponent's Standby Phase: You can target 1 banished card; return it to the Graveyard. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can target 1 other card in any Graveyard; shuffle both that card and this card into the Deck.

Competition is undoubtedly stiff for the Generic Level 8 Synchro slot in the Extra Deck, but this card has enough merits to allow it to compete in that spot.  It has a really good disruption effect that can be used after you attack with it or during your opponent's Main Phase, which will allow for some safe escapes from targeting effects, Raigeki and removal cards that trigger on Summon while having the potential to seal away a key card in your opponent's hand for the turn.

If it's on the field during your opponent's Standby Phase, it even has a nice effect of recovering your banished cards, or for screwing over your opponent's searched JD from Eclipse Wyvern.

Finally, it's in-grave effect can allow for some generic graveyard disruption or recovery.

All in all, it's a pretty solid card with a really good effect.  What is your opinion on it?

Rlly good in Psyframes considering 8 is most often what you are gonna make (mon EFF, spell, trap neg).

Really REALLY good when combined with Psychic Feel Zone. Banish itself for EFF, feel zone it and a lvl 1 = Overmind Archfiend, then you can send Omega back to recycle something and you can start setting up your redic synchro play for when Overmind is dealt with.

As a generic, it's very, very good. It can put back a 1 of so you can use it again, it can disrupt opponent's stuff whilst protecting itself and can, as was mentioned, do things like put back banished infernoids or something.

Compared to Zeta (who is also generic), I feel like Omega definitely plays a much stronger role as a whole as a tech, though Zeta itself has a (potentially) much stronger field EFF.

Zeta has a more powerful field effect, but it's better in PSYFrames than Omega is.  On the contrary, Omega is far more useful in other Decks than Zeta is.  All in all, they both are really good Synchros either way.

I found funny that I failed to notice the synchro materials for PSYframes are generic, and thus the idea of splashing them in other decks never crossed my mind.

OT:the way the OP puts it, this does look like a great addition to the synchro8 pool, providing it a tool that can mess with not only the graveyards, but also the opponent's hand to potentially ruin its future plays. Also I find cute how it recycles itself so you don't need to worry too much about running out of copies of it, for the off chances you really need/want to summon it more than once in a duel.
