When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle: It can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn. During your next Standby Phase, when this card is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card from the Graveyard, and when you do: Destroy all other cards on the field. This card cannot declare an attack the turn this effect is activated.

(2) During your next Standby Phase, when this card is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card from the Graveyard, and when you do: Destroy all other cards on the field. This card cannot declare an attack the turn this effect is activated.

One of my main concerns here is that this card has the potential to fuel OTKs on its own; given the effect, it can keep attacking every time it destroys a monster.

If you meant to say that it can attack one more time, then the wording is "it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn."

 

Although, this thing is essentially going to instant revive if your opponent is foolish enough to destroy it via effects (taking it out in battle is out of the question w/out Honest and the like), then pull out another Black Rose thing. Though, it's mandatory revival and if you have stuff on the field besides this, they will get blown up as well, plus this card cannot attack again.

 

However, Fire Kings won't care too much, since they build off of being destroyed (and this is pretty much a new boss for them).

At the very least, change the first effect so it doesn't allow you to attack up to 5-6 times with this.
