PE: Once per turn, you can return 1 face-up Pendulum Monster in your Extra Deck to the deck; add 1 of your banished Pendulum Monster to your hand.

ME: 1 Psychic Monster + 1 Pendulum Monster
Musts first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above Pendulum Summoned card you control. (You do not use “Polymerization”). When a monster would leave the field: banish it instead. Once per turn, you can target 1 of your banished Pendulum monster; add it to your hand. If this card in the Monster Zone leaves the field: destroy as many cards in your Pendulum Zones as possible (min. 1), and if you do, place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

....Not sure yet on the materials.

I was having it at 2 Pendulum Monsters instead of 1, but it felt a bit too harsh.

Idk though, this seem to be worth the spending of 2 pendulums and 1 psychic. Also note that the psychic can be Yuki Usagi, or in Zefra, you can summon this using the Zefra pendulum as its mat.

So yeah...Comments and suggestions for this one would be really nice.

So Macro Cosmos on a 2.9k body that can recover banished stuff.

Oh wait. this triggers when a monster leaves the field, so actually Degenerate Circuit.

Yeah, it's possible with Zeframplica and Wend in Zefrai, but as I am not too familiar with their playstyle, I won't say anything about whether/not it's ideal for the Deck.

Though, it indeed works as a sort of anti-Pendulum tech (given how common Pendulums are nowadays since their release).

Sure, you get your stuff banished too, but you can recur them later on anyway, so it's your opponent who's more/less screwed.

----

Material-wise, you should be fine with it as-is (1 Psychic + 1 Pendulum), even if it is technically Pendulum hate.

Some Decks can probably handle using 2 Pendulum mats (again, I am not sure how much Zefras can P-Summon per turn, and not researching their tactics at this hour), but personally I think you can leave it as-is.

P-effect is nice for recycling stuff that you either can't summon again (basically Level 1/10 for now) or can't make at the current time, and getting back a Pendulum is nice.

Until we get a generic Scale 10 or higher [which I doubt Konami will even do anytime soon], once this card goes, there's no P-Summoning this again (unless you use Turn or something), but you should know this by now.

----

Overall, I don't really have any issues with this card.

Requirements aren't necessarily too hard to pull off; any Pendulum Deck that can afford to run Yuki Usagi (or whatever Psychic monster that blends well into anything) + doesn't mind having their resources banished for a while can probably find some space to use this.

I'll assume that the 2900 ATK is a subtle reference to you.

I don't know if it's just me, but this looks a tad strong. The materials should be generic enough for Pendulum decks to splash E-Teles for access to, as Sakura put it, a (better) Degenerate Circuit on a 2900-ATK body that can easily recover the monsters invested on it. And while this is no Macro or Dark Law, it should be effective at disrupting floaters and gradually depleting the opponent's monster resources, plus a relatively accessible 2900-ATK beater is nothing to laugh at. I find interesting how this card can assist Pendulums against opposing Pendulum, Synchro and floater decks, while allowing them to Xyz Summon without banishing the detached materials.

Not only both the monster and the Pendulum effects being able to recover banished Pendulums looks redundant, but also it feels like an overkill, since it allows you to set up for the Summon of more copies of herself with the same materials, indirectly optimizing deck space. For instance, you could get away with teching a single Psychic Pendulum and use it repeatedly. Personally, I would try to spice the card up with changing 1 of those effects to something else.

Macro-ish effects are usually continuous, so I guess you could turn the first effect continuous as well.

I noticed it is Level9; most likely this is for making it more difficult to Pendulum Summon, but I like this anyway because Level9s are scarce, and it opens the possibility of using 2 copies to drop a Phantom Fortress or a Dyson. On the other hand... if you are teching Bunnies, you wouldn't be able to Synchro Summon anything with it.

Actually, thinking about it... what are the rulings on Contact Fusion mechanics? Are they treated as proper Fusion/Special Summon? Because if not, once you Summon this, it shouldn't be able to be Pendulum Summoned afterwards, since it wasn't properly Summoned first.

EDIT:

Looked it up: Contact Fusions are indeed proper Summons, so the card is safe on that one.

At first, my thoughts on this is that since this heavily restricts your own pendulum capability early game but mainly being effective at that point of the game, it'll be acceptable due to this inherent awkwardness, but then as you said it, this card nullifies its own shortcoming by constantly giving you banish recovery. Heck, it nullifies the sacrifice needed to summon it on her own, and pretty much makes it so you only need to banish the Psychic.

Yeah, I think I'll change the monster effect.

Oh also, you can't use E-tele to summon this. The Psychic must be Pendulum Summoned. Pfft, and I really did just remember about how Xyz Summoning bypass this card's effect for your own benefit.

Alright then, thanks for the review~
