ME: If this card is Pendulum Summoned: you can return 1 card you control to the hand. You can destroy this card; Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck. Each effects of "Gentle Breeze, Daiyousei" can only be activated once per turn.

I'm simply posting this to complete the set of Pendulum Fairies I posted several days ago.

 

Granted, this card's main function is to be a generic pendulum support.

 

Comments and suggestions would definitely be nice~

Going to grade this as a generic, since that's what you mainly intended for this card to be.

 

I suppose the P-effect is nice for modulating the Levels of monsters you want to use for Synchros/Xyz that aren't usually possible with the Deck, mostly on the former, I think. As for the effect that blows itself up when you P-Summon, guess that can be used to help remove Scales that you cannot necessarily use at the time.

 

[Though I think most Decks don't have this problem; bar for the stuff that have varied Scales within their members, such as Performas]

 

Card is good for returning used Chain and some other Continuous cards to the hand, similar to one of your earlier cards in the week. Or just bounce stuff from the field to recur on-summon effects (i.e. stuff like Skullcrobat that needs to be NS'd to pull off, though not sure if P-pals would want to use this).

 

It's also nice for getting a monster out of the ED when you either lack Scales to P-Summon or insufficient ones at the time, so there's that.

You have to blow this card up as well, but it'll recur itself later, so it's not that much of an issue.

 

Deck-wise, I would probably say 'specters could use this to get out their members from the ED if their Scales are broken. Though, it wouldn't work well with their support S/T [because it's Fairy-Type and all], but being able to grab stuff out of the ED in the absence of proper Scales is enough incentive to consider this for a slot (if do-able).

At the time of posting, I've not looked at the others this was intended to work with.

 

But as a whole, I can see this run in Decks that can afford to run this, mainly due to this card's ability to recycle resources + get a Pendulum out of the ED when needed. Restricted to Level 4 and under, but that's fine, since most Decks generally run in that range anyway.

 

So yeah, I do like this.
