Yes, yes, I know, stupidly broken, even more stupidly situational, but I had to fulfill a request in the "create a Synchro" game down in Misc.

 

Once I looked at it, though, I got to thinking. What kind of convoluted circumstances, even in the anime, would justify this thing's existence? Crow and Shun, despite their Decks' similarities, aren't on the best of terms.

 

So, anyone else caught up on Arc-V, wanna speculate as to a situation that justifies this bad boy?

The card is not that easy (viable level) to get it out either, most of raid raptors are lvl 4 and theres only 1 lvl 4 BW tuner (dont remenber the name but you have to waste your normal summon on it). And yes is broken, because of how the effect is worded, you can summon any raptor or BW for the cost of random materials (i doesnt have to be a tuner or have same levels for the respective summon and thats unfair, even though the extra deck targets are not that good). But i like the idea

The Level 4 you appear to be looking for is Kochi the Daybreak; mind you, no one runs him.

Well, you can also use Hillen or Kunai with the Level 3 Raidraptors, if you're so inclined.

 

I don't agree with this card becoming an extra mass Synchro/Xyz enabler from the Graveyard, especially given that it indeed breaks summoning convention for Synchros and Xyz, given its wording. If you're going to have this card make stuff, at least have them follow standard conventions.

 

As for the last effect, I don't see that being used much; unless you somehow lower this card's Level OR use it to make Satellite Cannon Falcon.

Then, what would be the ideal way to word it so it does as I intended- make a small army of Raidraptor and Blackwing ED cards, using prior Grave setup?

 

Also, you can also potentially use any Level 3 Blackwing Tuner and a Mimicry Lanius that boosted its own Level / a Raidraptor Level boosted by Mimicry.

Kochi is a powerful 1-of, due to making Joe easily. Anyway...

 

Strix is the end of the synergy between the two archetypes but even then, it doesn't justify this kind of effect. I have never personally been a fan of high risk high reward, as it encourages being bad at yugioh.

 

As for the question, I am not caught up on the anime, but the way in which cards like this typically come up kinda prevents such a thing from existing.
