Battle Experience

Oh oh.

This could allow rank 10 Xyz in battle oriented decks. Not an entirely bad thing, but I'm concerned about the lack of penalty. Perhaps you should go a little more in the XP side and make it so that if a monster you control is destroyed by battle or by card effect you lose a counter.

Good idea though.

I like the card concept, but I have some doubts on it:

First, I'm a bit concerned on this card allowing monsters to go past Level12. It's not a problem really, but Konami usually restricts on Level manipulation effects so they don't go beyond 12 (e.g. Fortune Ladies), and it wouldn't hurt to stick with that rule; then again, there are exceptions, such as "Greed Quasar"

Second, considering that after 3 kills this becomes an stronger Solidarity but without its restriction, I'm not sure if it could become problematic on the long run. Yes, It's just an stat boosting card and often decks don't have space or interest for this kind of cards, but still, it can potentially reach scary numbers, and do it fast.

Personally, I would prefer if this card placed the Counters on the monsters instead, and gave them an stat boost for each Level Up Counters they have; that would be more flavorful than the entire monsters (a.k.a. team, party) sharing the "experience" they gain. Also, making the Counter placement optional can allow you to manipulate monster levels so you can drop Xyzs.

Actually, this made me think in allowing this card to grant bonus effects (a.k.a. skills) to the monsters depending on the # of Level Up Counters they have. As a quick example of what I mean:

Monsters you control gain the following effects, depending on the number of Level Up Counters on them:

3 or more: Once per turn, it cannot be destroyed by battle.

5 or more: Once per turn, it is unaffected by your opponent's card effects.

10 or more:...

And so on.

However, the card would have to be changed drastically, and that may not be what you want; in the end, it's your call.
