Up to twice per turn: you can add 1 random "Ninjistu Art" card from your deck, graveyard, or banished zone (combined) your hand. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can banish 2 "Ninjitsu Art" cards from your Graveyard; banish this face-up card until the End Phase.

 

This is ultimately intended for YGO pro where random selection is easy.

I have issues regarding random adding card from Deck/graveyard/banished . . .

So you use dice? What if you have umm . . . 7 or more Ninjutsu cards in your Deck/graveyard/banished? (Aside from YGOPro, maybe DN or irl?) A lot of people rage quit when i'm activating Magical Hats in my harpies.dek cause i use dice to decide the attack target (you can't shuffle Set monsters at DN.)

 

Up to twice per turn seems too much (even if you balance it with "random"), since you can just "trick" that by running the same Ninjutsu Art card in your deck, that way you always add Ninjutsu card you wanted for and even 2! You simply gain +1 hand advantage just by playing it. (better version than Hanzo for that.)

But yes, your choice tho, as for myself i'm fine with it. (random can be good or bad at the same time, but trick above can be done easily.)
