If a monster on your side of the field was sent to your Graveyard this turn, you can Special Summon 1 monster with an ATK of 1500 points or less from your Deck once during this turn. Then shuffle your Deck.

Surely to god this can come back at the very least to 1, of the top of my I head I can think of nothing ridiculous that it enables outside of extending plays beyond the point they'd normally be able go to but really it isn't a card that needs to be kept banned.

At last someone post Last Will . . .

I mean like, 1 should be enough right?

Kozmo won't use it (they banish a lot) unless somehow you ram your ship or got pop*d, they won't . . .

Noids, Well maybe you can, and grab Dekatron but mostly you won't.

The issue of that card is "no exact timing when the monster is SS'd", so even you can SS monster during Battle Phase or maybe End Phase by Last Will.

Monarchs are likely the biggest "issue"

People need to realize it's not just playing a spell, it's playing a spell, getting a monster on the field, and then getting that monster off the field, and into the grave, and resolving the special summon happily.

None of which are gives, especially with an unsearchable spell card

The way I read Last Will, it doesn't ask you for timing on when in this turn did a monster(s) you control get sent from the field to the Graveyard, as long as it happened this turn.

However, the timing of the new monster being Summoned is pretty much during the resolution of Last Will itself, and it being a Spell Speed typical regular usual Normal Spell Card... that timing is the same as any other... Imagine this is Monster Reborn or Soul Charge... both Summon something and then leave..... Or did you mean something else?

Well that's exactly what i think would be UNTIL 1 headmin of other forum (*cough*DNF*cough*) said that you can SS monster via Last Will during BP or EP (except during damage step of course)

So you may activate Last Will, and wait until the condition is met, then you can SS it in whatever phase you want.

But wait don't get me wrong . . . i love to see this card at least at 1, since this card can help Synchro.dek (like already said by Winter, it's not searchable.)

Even monarchs don't matter, the only viable card to summon is Idea Knight and this only matters in instances whee you can't access it.

Idea knight is the only reason why this deck can play ygo so there's an issue where you are jumping through hoops to trigger Will.

Crash Monarch Prime?

lolEidos into Level 6 (or 8 + Dominion) where you've already used both NS?

Pass.
