LORE:1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

While your opponent controls more cards than you, this card is unaffected by your opponent's card effects. Cannot be Tributed. Once per turn: You can banish the top card of your Deck; banish 1 monster on the field and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Invoked Dragon Token" (Dragon-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 1000/DEF 1100) to your opponent's side of the field. Tokens Summoned by this card's effect cannot be Tributed and cannot be used as a Synchro or Fusion Material.

At first glance, 1400/700 seems sorta crap, even with the unaffected thing.

And then I read the rest of the effect:

 

So pretty much, except through Chimeratech Fortress + DNA whatever, this card is literally invincible except through battle as long as you can get enough cards on your opponent's side of the field.

So just Bi'An + any Level 1 Tuner = profit?

 

Assuming you play minimal cards, this can non-target banish your opponent's monsters which might be the only out if there's no Bi'An or such.

By doing so, you give them an unusable token that forces them to suicide it into yours if they want to do anything.

 

This card is also protected from the odd Monarch/tribute-force type cards (Kaijus, etc).

 

If your opponent isn't Nekroz or such, they'd probably have 2-3 backrow and 1-2 monsters.

If you don't focus much on backrow and just have this out, you could just start getting rid of their monster zones essentially.

Or you could just make multiple copies of these to repeatedly use its effect.

Then you'd have 2-3 copies which are all invincible.

This is a Level 4 Synchro that can be used in laddering to make Quasar, essentially replacing Armory Arm as the default level 4 Synchro to run.

First effect is completely unnecessary and just feels tacked on, really. Second eff to banish any opponent monster for free without targeting, which is frankly stupidly overpowered. Not to mention, you essentially block 1 monster card zone.

 

Please make the banish effect more costy, targeting and also not block a monster zone.

The first effect is not unnecessary; without it, it can easily be negated. As for its cost, the cost I implemented was banishing the top card of your Deck.

That's not a cost. Also, getting negated is an inherent weakness for cards and removing that serves no purpose than tipping the balance scales for no reason.
