This was a card i created a while back because i was bored it doesnt have much to it but i thought i would just share it with you guys.

 

2 level 8 dragon type monsters.

You can detach 1 xyz material from this card to add 1 "Rank-Up" spell card from your deck or graveyard to your hand.

nice idea for somethin like galaxy eyes decks, but outside of this i cant see much use in its effect. perhapsyou could change it so that it became the rank up and material? with a limit to what can be summoned, but then this card could count as the monster required for the additional effects?

Because it's a Number, any particular reason why you chose 208?

(Can probably reference the number of mats needed, and their Level)

 

At present, Galaxy-Eyes could probably use it, but that's assuming you use 2 GEPD or whatever other Dragons exist in there.

Chaos Dragons, idk (and that depends if they want to Rank stuff up)

 

Hieratics DEFINITELY have a use for this card here, if only for a 4500 beater.

Even with the restrictions, 4500 ATK is way too high. (Yes, Neo GEPD has same Rank and ATK, but it's a 3-mat option)

Prime Photon has a damage halving effect if it does not have GEPD, but has 4000 ATK (even though it's a generic 2-mat)

 

Lower its ATK and DEF by 1000.

 

Probably has some weird applications elsewhere though, but at present, it's basically a large beatstick that searches RUMs.

 

 

P.S. The section rules say that you can use DIVINE / Divine-Beast, but only use them if there is a compelling reason for you to do so.

Otherwise, you can very well make this card a regular Attribute.

Let us not forget Fran Ken has similar stats and Summon requirements, but also comes with a few other restrictions that clamp down on it.

This card matches up with Zombiestein....and can pulverize it to crisps due to the restrictions....4500 attack without any restriction is too powerful, for only 2 requirements.....
