How broken is this?

Seriously, I need unbiased feedback. This card is certainly game breaking in the way that convulsion of nature (or macro cosmos) is, but i think it could be balanced. Any help toward that end without completely removing the primary mechanic of the card would be GREAT.

Spell/field

You cannot control monsters with different Attributes. monsters you control gain 500 attack. Cards sent to the Graveyard are shuffled into the Deck instead, except monsters destroyed by battle with monsters equipped with Equip Cards. When a card is sent to the Graveyard that way: Place 1 Counter on this card. When this card has 10 Counters, you win the duel.. If this card is destroyed: Shuffle it into the Deck.

Right now the only restriction is the single atribute thing (which is only a restriction for the controler of the card). While this does rule the card out for most decks and hurts extra deck options, I do think some single atribute archtypes could live with it. The strange win condition could be removed, but I don't think it's much of a problem. It's as destroyable as any other card, reseting the counters, and the condition is difficult to meet.

So, yeah it's anti-meta. No graveyard for you. It's necrovalley on steroids. I'm not sure why but the idea of this card just came to me while i was working on the rest of my KH set. I figured that since things in that game don't really die It made sense.

I hate to admit it but this card is oddly both broken and balanced. Restricting yourself to a single attribute isn't all that bad as long as you know what you're doing. This card is more like a more balanced version of The Seal of Orichalcos. On that part I mean that you're still stuck with the 5 monster limit and you're locked to 1 attribute. Sure it makes your deck constantly recycle itself. You're more likely to crush your opponent before you meet the win condition. But that's my opinion and I mostly run an Anti-meta Blue-Eyes deck. The deck also only contains LIGHT monsters. So yeah, this card would further support my strategy if I could constantly recycle my monsters.

(1) You cannot control monsters with different Attributes.

(2) Monsters you control gain 500 ATK.

(3) Cards sent to the Graveyard or Extra Deck are shuffled into the Deck instead, except monsters destroyed by battle with monsters equipped with Equip Cards. When a card is sent to the Graveyard that way: Place 1 Counter on this card. When this card has 10 Counters, you win the Duel.

(4) If this card is destroyed: Shuffle it into the Deck.

This card is basically a one-sided Gozen Match (on your end), so your options are indeed restricted (though yeah, some Decks can function without other Attributes).

This is coupled with the fact that most Decks don't run Equip Cards, bar maybe NKs and some other misc. stuff.

Though considering how often the Graveyard is utilized nowadays, effect 3 effectively shuts quite a few Decks down. (That, and Pendulums, but you know that).

Remove the floodgate effect [one that forces cards to return to the Deck] and then the Attribute restriction can go.

Rest of the effects (ATK boost, benefiting off equipped monsters and the alt. win) are fine.

While alt. win conditions aren't really liked, it's already specific enough as-is coupled with the 10 monster requirement.

I suppose NK could run it, given their Equip-happy nature, but even they have to deal with the first part.

Thanks for the feedback. I've fixed the card text. I'm getting some mixed views on the shuffling part, But that is the main thing I want to keep on this card. I've taken out the part that messes with pendulums. I do think this card could be fair, because while the floodgate effect is powerful, stoping both cards that target a graveyard and cards that activate in the graveyard, it is not once sided. It double floodgates the person that uses it because of the restriction. I see this less as the perfect card to bring down the meta, but as something that would require creativity to build around properly and would just be fun to play.

Of course I'm biased. :p

Maybe you could alter the card so monsters sent to the graveyard via tributing or fusion are shuffled into the deck? White Stone of Legend technically gets shut down by this unless I discard it from my hand. Also, this shuts down quite a few other cards that need to hit the graveyard. When you tribute a monster then it would be fine to recycle it. But when a monster gets destroyed, it should probably stay in the graveyard.
