Must be Synchro Summoned with the listed Synchro materials and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Increase this cards ATK by 500 for each Level 2 or lower monster on the field and in your graveyard. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. When this card is destroyed (either by battle or by card effect): you can add 1 "Junk Synchron" from either your deck or graveyard to your hand.

Given the specific materials, this feels more like a Fusion rather than a Synchro. 

You can change the Tuner component to generic and keep the requirement for Junk Warrior; it'll feel more like an evolution of sorts.

 

In any case, card is basically a piercing beater during the late game, but that's about it.

Yusei decks would certainly have some fun with this, though not so much with Synchrons (though they got new support, so they can probably do something).

Made changes but also thought on adding a extra effect where it allows you to get a Junk Synchron form either deck or graveyard to recycle.
