Has anyone even tried it to verify that it's not worth slotting?  Or is the theory-oh just the end of the discussion?

I can tell you with near certainty, based on having been and still using Raidraptors since they only had 4 monsters and Strix, that this is not something you will ever make unless you re-stucture the deck to do so. When you can Soul Shave a Strix into a CDI, the only reason you're ever going to make that into a Revolution Falcon is when doing so will win you the game that turn.

As such, even Satellite Cannon Falcon isn't worth using because you're Revolution Falcon ending up in the grave will mean you've fucked up an OTK attempt and that is not going to set you up well for surviving to a point where you get another go at Soul Shave, given its massive cost and the fact you'll likely be left open. Readiness is a thing but reliance on that not to lose is again indicative of a losing position. This isn't really going anywhere and is only pertinent to pre-Skip Force, so next paragraph.

To further verify that this is the case, I've replaced RUM Revolution Force with Skip, which has turned out to be a far better card than I initially thought it would be. The case remains however that bringing out Revolution Falcon usually wins the game regardless, and so unless you deliberately keep your opponent alive with the intention of going for Ultimate Falcon, it's not needed.

If RRs get an actual RUM searcher, a proper one not like Tribute because he only searches the crappier ones, then this may become something. At the moment it remains an overkill overplay rather than a win condition, which Rev Falc has remained. If you wanted to you could easily make a deck oriented around summoning this and you'd pull it off with relative consistency, but you'd lose to regular RRs and basically every other deck the majority of the time because you have 1 big play and nothing else while the regular deck has a lot of options all the time.

It is certainly a mite more accessible now with Skip, but it's still ultimately a rank 10 in a rank 4 deck without any kind of Utopic Dragon clause so it's inherently not going to be a practical objective or an actual boss for the deck that you can make every game, and if you're in a position to summon it you've likely won already.

What trade are you talking about?  We're talking about Summoning Ultimate Falcon "properly" with a RUM you may or may not get vs. Normal Summoning a 4000 beatstick with a one-time Gachi effect.

How would you get this out without summoning Ultimate First.

Would you just be using Last Strix first and then overlay it into Number 77?  If you did that you might as well just SCF and Skip Force into Ultimate.

77's restriction makes it so it has to last a turn before actually doing anything which is the annoying part with it.

That's assuming I even have Skip Force in my hand to start with; if I did, Ultimate Falcon would be the clear winner, and this wouldn't even be a contest, and that is what you're not getting.  RUM is still inconsistent, and The Seven Sins still provides a use for Ultimate (and Last Strix) in the event you don't have one on hand or even run any.

Hmm, well in a case like that it definitely does give a use to Last Strix and the dead Ultimate.

Alrighty I gotcha now. It just almost sounded like you were saying 77 was better than this which is completely untrue.

So between this guy and the PP18 stuff the idea seems to be creating a new version of the deck, a high-Rank version as opposed to the 4+ version.

Pretty much.

Question is what rank should be the lowest if you're trying to make this. (Rank 6 maybe because revolution is too good to give up).

Also these builds would probably run Last Strix in multiples for easy summons and possibly 3x nest so you can recover the Improperly Summoned Xyzs that go to the grave so you have a chance later to bring them out.

Granted I haven't tried anything like that but it's just a thought.

Through a combination of Skip Force, Necro Vulture, and deliberately keeping my opponent alive for 2 turns longer than he should have been, I summoned it.

Was it even remotely useful or necessary, no. Was it satisfying as fuck to summon, yes. It's a winmoar card that there's absolutely no reason to run but I have the space to do it and I love the art so here we are.
