Thomas★Zero
Power Pacify Continuous Trap Card Once per turn: you can target 1 face-up monster on the field; negate that monsters effects until the End-Phase that turn. Your opponent cannot activate monster effects in response to the activation of this effect. You can only control 1 face-up "Power Pacify".
Dragulas
I also made a pseudo multi fiendish chain and i can say this is far more degenerate than mine, even if you can only control one this good enough to be an OP card, not only that but its also SP4 for monsters on a card that can screw your opponent every turn, how is that fair? Yours prevented monsters from attacking. This card seems fine, I'm just unhappy with the prevention of cards or effects activating. It needs a buff, yes, but that is a little too much. I dont mind a once per turn effect negation, but cards like this (free negations) are either a once of (BTS or fiendish) or are build in monsters not so easy to summon, this is practically a skill drain in early game. The card needs some kind of restriction with or without the super poly effect. Note aside: the "During either player's turn" part is not necessary, traps and their effects are by default ss2 unless stated otherwise
