Draconus297 Posted January 23, 2016 Report Share Posted January 23, 2016 Well, the ROMhack I'm working on has a Normal/Ghost Pokemon, Phasnail. Huge movepool, decent defensive stats, not too slow, alright at attacking . . . but good luck finding it. 1% encounter rate in the first major area of the game, and only at night.
