When you or your opponent adds card(s) from the deck to the hand, including drawing: your opponent draws a card and reveals it. If you have at least 3 cards in your hand of the same type, discard the last 2 card(s) they added to their hand if able and inflict 2000 damage to your opponent.

Drawing is indeed a form of adding a card, the "including drawing" part is not necessary, also does it work with the normal draw of the turn?

This card looks weak in my opinion, and doesn't seem any better than Drastic Drop Off itself. I mean, why risk this card backfiring for the chance of an 2000 LP burn when you can just play safer by running Drastic Drop Off instead? After all, both offer the same value: This is a 2-for-2, while Drastic Drop Off is a 1-for-1, but the latter has less deck thinning (for the opponent) involved and no risk of backfiring. Not to mention that having 3 cards of the same card type as the drawn card is way too situational for my liking; just having 1 card would be enough for me, and even then I would find it too risky and not worth the potential LP burn.

This could actually be pretty cute in duel in which both players are using Decks that are like 90% Pendulum monsters. Or other similar instances. Since then you have a much higher chance to trigger This card, and would let you have an advantage pretty early.

Outside of that, it's not exactly playable in it's current state.
