Pro: Spell Speed 3,...period?

Con: its a situational anti-Dragon (only!) Mirror Force that require to target first, and then it punish you to be passive

Konami favoritism towards Dragons and existence of Ariadne is not enough to justify all minus of this card. as far as i know there never enough dragons on the board to actually make the destruction effect pay off. usually other than scenario of  your opponent milk out  ultimaya like a boss, once 1 or 2 dragons hit the field you basically already on the edge of the losing side and this card will long gone. on top of that you can't do any reversal of whatsoever (in fact ultimaya player will have enough backrow set to deal with it). not to mention target based immunity also popular

When an opponent's Dragon-Type monster declares an attack: that is Dragon-Type monster; Target the attacking monster; destroy that target, and if you do, destroy all Dragon-Type monsters your opponent controls. You cannot conduct Battle Phase until the End of your next turn.

When I read the name, I predicted it would be some generic Dragon support. When it's a silver bullet against Dragons (that occasionally might not work, even), my hopes simply plummeted.

Despite nearly every archetype in the game having a Dragon of their own, usually as a boss monster of sorts, a card that only affects one Type will only affect close to 5% of all monsters in the game. Players will still favour less picky cards like the standard Mirror Force unless you strap on a lot more upsides to justify the card's narrow scope.

As already mentioned, card is Dragon-specific AND you lose your Battle Phase for the next turn, which makes it even less viable than Mirror Force (kills everything your opponent has, and doesn't cost your BP). Even if you didn't kill your BP, card would still be gimmicky.

As much as I'd want to say Buster Dragon can set up the opponent's field so you have the conditions set for this card, you're better off just using MF in the first place (and not have to jump through hoops to use this).

That being said, although Red-Eyes / Blue-Eyes have gotten new toys to make them viable nowadays (and soon, Felgrand gets something), it's not enough to justify using this card.

You're better off retooling this card to actually be Dragon support (even if Konami already made a ton of it already) instead of making it anti-Dragon. Leaving it up to you what to do with the card, but it needs a complete rehaul because right now, it's not worth the Deck space (considering it works against a very low percentage of Decks at present).

Given the name, you could probably change it to some negation card for Dragons to use, but again, you decide how you want this card to work.

or maybe you can make it less restrict... kinda like an alternative mirror force (or sakuretsu) that equally generic and with a bonus effect when it destroy dragons (i suggest it counter not only dragon, maybe extra type to widen the range of chances) the bonus effect can be slightly more powerful. but remember to adjust it to range of its bonus effects... and help not create a reversal
