[Assuming standard]

Warrior since that deck is still ridiculously good at having removal for everything, even moreso now that they have a card like Blood to Ichor. Ancient Shieldbearer is also insane and that new 2/6 Taunt that they got is disgustingly good.

Second best is probably Druid mainly because they can either ramp into their big things and play a more standard midrange route or just play big things to naturally get higher up until it's time to hit C'Thun. They also have much stronger and sturdier minions that fit naturally with the theme of C'Thun.

Rogue is probably the third best since C'Thun decks will only ever be strong in a midrange to control level of environment and Blade of C'Thun is insanely good at tipping scales in your favour like that, especially since it ideally says "Assassinate and give C'Thun +6/+6" a lot of the time. Also the deck has insane synergy with Shadowstep which could easily become a card.

Priest is the fourth best in my opinion because their C'Thun enabler is just generally worse than Holy Champion (Holy Champion kills them right then and there, while Hooded Acolyte makes them wait), the 5 mana 6/5 is usually going to be redundant since you're playing Priest and the deck has nowhere near the same levels of removal for a control meta like the other decks now that they've lost Lightbomb. It doesn't have as consistent draw power as 2 of the other classes, nor the right minion bodies to really fit into Priest that haven't already been filled out in the deck already. Shame, RIP Priest.
