Thomas★Zero
Elemental HERO Toon Neos lv 7 Light Warrior/Toon/Effect While you control no face-up monsters and you control "Toon World": You can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card cannot attack during the turn it was summoned. While you control a face-up "Toon World" and your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster: this card can attack your opponent directly. During your End-Phase: you can shuffle this card into your deck, if you do: you can target up to 2 Monsters on your opponents side of the field; send the targeted cards to the bottom of your opponents deck. You can only activate this effect of "Elemental HERO Toon Neos" once per turn. ATK/2500 DEF/2000

Because it's a HERO monster, it gets access to pretty much all general HERO support, but not Neos stuff. (It is still part of the Neos archetype, but can't be used for Contact Fusions and stuff). In that regard, doesn't do much for HEROs themselves; bar for being Mask Change fodder for Koga or LIGHT material for Omni-HEROs. Otherwise, being a CyDra for Toons is still nice, coupled with the ability to bounce stuff. (Well, it's better than Toon CyDra since your opponent doesn't need to have a monster out first). Probably the only issue is that it's a free 2500 beater on turn 1, but Toons kind of need a way to get their stuff out quicker, so this helps with that to a degree. (Toon DM can just summon this for free, then you can bounce this back and get rid of two monsters on the opponent's board; this may be an issue)
