TF2_The_Scout
You can tribute summon this card by Tributing 1 "Gravekeeper's" monster you control. Negate the effects of all cards in your opponent's Graveyard. If you control a face-up "Necrovalley", this card is unaffected by card effects. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if your opponent's activates a card effect: You can discard 1 card; Negate that effect, and if you do, destroy the card. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can pay 1000 LP; Special Summon 2 "Gravekeeper's" monsters from your graveyard. This effect cannot be negated by "Necrovalley". You can only use this effect of "Imperial Dragon of Necrovalley" once per turn.

TF2_The_Scout
I really like it, might I suggest just to weaken it a little, that the two monster summoned must be different levels?Would that really be a problem? The worst that I can see happening is double Descendant or Descendant and Recruiter. I've never actually seen Oracle and Vissionary be played. Dragulas
Seems a legit boos for gravekeeprs, but is it ok to have a monster inmune to everything, while neutralizing the grave completely (asuming you already have necrovalley) and an effect negation (which is not OPT regardless of its cost)? on a deck that runs one of the most iconic flodgates and its helment by nature it seems like you summon this and its and instant win. You are boosting an already powerfull flodgate, giving him absolute inmunity and x-times negations, a single monster shouldnt be able to do all those in my opinion Also on its floating effect you dont have exclude the dragon since its not a gravekeeper anyways. Flash Flyer - Sakura
I would agree that the negation effect should only work if you have Necrovalley out, instead of being a one-sided Soul Drain for the opponent that any Dragon deck can SS without much issues. And yes, the negation should be OPT (though right now, you have a Soul Drain and negation capabilities, coupled with full effect immunity if you even get the field up; choose one or the other). As for the revival effect, you should be fine leaving it as-is, or you can restrict it to Level 4 and under monsters. (I haven't seen the high-Levels used much). Worst that can happen in this scenario is being used for R4 fodder. ----Right now, Gravekeepers need a bit of a boost to become viable, but I don't think this card (as it stands now) is the way to go about making them even better. It does offer them needed support though.
TF2_The_Scout
The negation effect has been made once per turn.
