A Level 8 Synchro, it can nuke, as well as gain LP and inflict effect damage. Also gave it a bonus Continuous Effect, because why not? The name is a it uninspired, but what are you going do?

 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can discard 1 card; destroy all monsters your opponent controls whose Level/Rank is lower than this card’s Level. If damage calculation is performed involving this card, at the end of the Battle Phase: Gain LP equal to the monster with the highest ATK in your opponent’s Graveyard, and if you do, inflict the same amount of damage to your opponent. Unaffected by other monsters' effects.

As soon I saw "Reaper", I just had to see.

Anywho:

It's a Level 8 Synchro Monster that requires generic Materials, which is nice. It's also got subtle ATK and DEF. It's Synchro Summon effect is okay; not too overpowered, seeing as how destruction is losing its luster, but still potent, as you can attack directly after doing so. The effect after's okay, as with Pendulum-heavy Decks, very few monsters end up in the Graveyard. But it's last effect is what seals it; this makes it invulnerable to Yuki Usagi, Effect Veiler, Castel, the Skyblaster Musket, and so on. Nice work!

It's interesting that you have this opinion, since everyone on the DNF version of this thread thinks it's too powerful.

Well, speaking from a standpoint of a person who played Nekroz at its prime, this card can be affected by monster's effects, simply because of things like unicore, maybe forbidden challice? Not to mention destruction doesn't matter if your opponent has floaters, like Kozmo or ba maybe even shaddolls still plus it isn't in anyway comparable to Magnus in any respective use of comparable so in the end it may be a decent card but looking at our current game it's abit lack luster, I suggest perhaps a possible during either player's turn effect that can negate a monster's effects until the end of the turn without targeting of course then that monster loses attack equal to it's level x200. Feel free to tell me what you think of my suggestion.

Oh no, I won't make this any stronger, the people on DNF would have a fieldday with me if I did that, it's fine the way it is, or it's too strong, but there's no need to make it stronger.

It honestly seems perfectly fine. Its stats, the Lightning Vortex effect, its "scary" effect of draining from the graveyard and his effect immunity against "mere mortals" are really balanced, making him good, but not too good for his summoning condotions, not to mention it fits with the theme of the name and artwork. Splendid work, I rarely say it and am somewhat reluctant to state it, however 10/10, I do not know how to make anything about it better.
