While you control a DARK Warrior or Fiend-Type monster: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn: You can target 1 DARK Warrior or Fiend-Type monster you control; this card's Level becomes the Level of that monster until the End Phase.

Pretty cool card.

 

Flexible Level, searchable/recyclable Type, and an Attribute that opens up Chaos plays.

First things that came to mind:
Necro Gardna for a Level 4 or 6 Synchro or Rank 3 Xyz.

Armageddon Knight for a Level 5 or 8 Synchro or Rank 4 Xyz.

Arisen Gaia the Fierce Knight for a Level 8 Synchro or Rank 7 Xyz, on top of setup for a cheaper Ritual BLS.

 

Not sure what it has on the Fiend-Type side, I thought Caius though Monarchs are a no Extra Deck theme so Rank 6 plays like that might be questiona.... oh who am I kidding... Monarchs don't really use Caius anymore so we can call it its own Deck. Level 7 Synchros too...
