So a semi all-or-nothing hyper beatstick? That is cute... Well the destroyed condition is easy to circumvent so as long as you have caution and ways to chain something before it would happen... For instance, you can use 2 of the Virus cards, Deck Devastation and Eradicator Epidemic Virus, to tribute him and possibly cripple your opponent when you know he is about to be destroyed while on the field (which would save you from the losing condition). And there are plenty of other ways of safe removal of him before your opponent destroys him. So with that in mind I don't think he deserves stats of such extremities despite his suicidal effect. He has a pretty pitched potential of being an OTK with things like Megamorph and Limiter Removal. I know we have things currently like Rocket Arrow Express with that skyrocketing 5000 ATK with the easy to get out yet high risk things... But, they made it so that you have no real way of OTKing without some sort of delay.

Yeah this card's ATK is absurdly large for a Level 4, even if its destruction costs you the duel. Heck, it shouldn't even be at 3000 [Number 85 has this much power for a Rank 4, but only b/c it's restrained by its effects]. As the above mentioned, Limiter Removal says hi (or hell, the opponent loses half their LP from a direct attack from this).

 

Honestly, you're better off lowering its ATK to more standard levels [2500 is the absolute max for a Level 4, but that has to come with some restrictions on its usage] and changing its effect. I would just say make this a under-2000 ATK monster that doesn't cost you the game if it dies.

Not gonna lie, this mindset is really restrictive. 1800 used to be the "absolute max for a level 4" and look where we are now. Saying that something absolutely shouldn't happen based on standards that are ever-changing anyway is silly.

 

That said, this card is just a ridiculous idea, that honestly would be better suited to joke cards. Kinda funny how running it makes you literally lose to Crush Card Virus.

I said that line given the fact that monsters like Giant Kozaky currently has that upper boundary for Level 4 ATK at 2500 as far as existing cards go for reference; but that's coupled with it blowing up / you taking 2500 damage if its source card is not present at any point in time. There's Chainsaw Insect with 2400 [a bit lower] that gives the opponent a card if it battles (if you want to consider that a negative effect of sorts).

 

There is room to expand on Level 4s with more than 2500 ATK, but they certainly need to have costs or otherwise some form of restriction to counterbalance above-average stats [i believe I did say that in addition to that cap].
