You want to focus on having as little breaks as possible. This is the basic routine for those who have no weights or equipment available. Otherwise, you can do Saitama training: 100 Push-Ups100 Sit-Ups100 SquatsRun 6.2 Miles Better feeling sore today than sorry tomorrow~

Saitama's training is actually almost impossible for normally fit people. Only people in 95% peak shape can do that monstrosity.

VCR_CAT
push-ups; but get your sister to spot your form. Improper push-ups are 2ez; gotta make them real. You don't get fit being comfortable!
Yuuji Kazami
No, it's actually stretch after exercise. When you stretch first, you're loosening your muscles, which makes them more prone to tiring faster. Stretching after exercise is actually the correct process, because it acts as a little bonus XP to your muscles after workout. Additional minor tear while loosening them so that they don't stiffen. As for push-up form: Just thrust your hips forward but let nothing touch the ground except your toes and hands.

You don't get fit being comfortable!I'm actually the better at push-ups; she injured her back doing hurdles and ever since her push-ups just aren't too good. No, it's actually stretch after exercise. mr. waifu
Eat veggies and fruitees; you can run 100 miles and do 100 push-ups and sit-ups... if you can't eat healthy, you are gonna get fat (Usually). Also, just think of this as exercise for your heart and stomach and... most difficult... your tongue.
ÆƵ–
Just finished 2 sets of Sprintless Circuit with a good amount of stretching after and I am out of breath (freaking jumping jacks) and sweating (ew). Eat veggies and fruitees; you can run 100 miles and do 100 push-ups and sit-ups... if you can't eat healthy, you are gonna get fat (Usually). Also, just think of this as exercise for your heart and stomach and... most difficult... your tongue. I should probably eat healthier, too. mr. waifu
Ahhh! Hate Avocados! But for some reason my little siblings love to eat them. Don't like celery either. But everything else is fine, especially a nice salad.
