Well, I suppose it's an acceptable alternative to Scrap Dragon if you don't want to blow up your own board stuff just to pop the opponent's field (or vice versa for Decks that like blowing their stuff up). That's about all I can really see out of this card. But that's still nice. 

 

As much as I'd suggest making it non-target to bypass stuff like Sky Arc in 'pals or some other stuff that can't be blown up, that may be pushing it a bit. That, and you may have to put a hard OPT on it.

I don't know, overall it's generally fine, besides the fact that this is basically a one-sided version of Scrap Dragon.

Yeah; I'm not too satisfied with it myself. What else would you suggest to improve upon it? Or maybe change it from destroy to some other form of removal?
