While face-up on the field, this card is also WIND, WATER, FIRE, EARTH and DARK-Attribute. When this card is Fusion Summoned: Shuffle all banished cards into the Deck, then this card gains 200 ATK for every card shuffled this way. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if your opponent activates a card effect that would negate the activation or effect of a card(s) you control: You can negate that card, and if you do, destroy it. Critique I don't know if you intentionally made this card's stats the way they are, or forgot that original Electrum is Level 10 and has 29/26 stats. But in any case, this is a bit more manageable to make than original Electrum, albeit jumping through some hoops in terms of current HEROs. In terms of its attack boosting, it is arguably worse than the original, depending on how often you banish stuff (suppose it's also a Dark Law counter to get things back), but is more constant and not reliant on the opponent having the same Attribute. As much as I'd like to suggest this as an anti-Kozmo tech for HEROs, they can just re-search the ships and stuff again. Not really sure about the other stuff. Negation is generally fine, but limited to Skill Drain, Forbidden Chalice and some other stuff. I also don't need to mention this card being unable to block Notice and other Counter Traps. In regards to the boost you would normally summon this through Miracle Fusion which would make it a 3600 instantly through its effect. in regards to its other effect I wonder how you would apply it being able to negate counter traps unless you state the effects Spell Speed.
