Trebuchet MS
Ah. Um. Attaching a Raigeki to an easily Summoned, searched, and revivable monster is a bit too strong. Do you want to go against something like that?
Snatch Steal
Ah. Um. Attaching a Raigeki to an easily Summoned, searched, and revivable monster is a bit too strong. Do you want to go against something like that? Only given that this is Casuals, I agree. If it's for fun and there's no Burning Abyss or meta cards that trigger constantly when you raigeki, this could easily be game-changing. The first effects are mediocre at best, but the last one really pushes it over the top. I suggest you have it destroy fewer cards, since this can be summoned back and searched from the Deck. Flash Flyer - Sakura
I've merged all your Memorial cards into one thread. One of the rules in this section does say to keep them all in one thread for ease of viewing. Ah right, and reupload the first card, as it's gone now due to being an attachment. (Cards WILL disappear if you post them as attachments, hence why we tell you not to use them) Right now, you only have that first monster as a Level 4 (and really, any viable target for the Xyz). That, and the Xyz really can be let off as a generic 3-mat; its effects aren't strong enough to warrant needing to be Archetypal (yeah, it's a slower Negate Attack on legs, but that's fine). ATK boost isn't really that great though, but we only have 1-2 cards to even consider. Fair's a searcher that protects your field from Raigeki and other destructive removal, which is pretty relevant (barring Castel and other forms of bounce removal). Until you show us more stuff, I can't give you a proper review (and please add them to this thread).

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Frost would be fine without the forced Raigeki/Absolute Zero effect; remove that part (although then, it's not going to be really unique). As for the other two, I already critiqued them but whatever I said hold. The Xyz can be dropped to a generic 3-mat monster instead of requiring Memorial monsters (which only one exists for now).
