2 Level 8 Monsters

This card's ATK is equal to half of the combined ATK of all Xyz Materials attached to this card. Once per turn: You can target 1 Xyz Monster your opponent controls; attach the target to this card but it cannot attack during the turn you use this effect. If this card would be destroyed by battle or by a card effect, detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead.

Nice ATK effect. Though, I'm unsure on the Xyz Material effect. On the one hand, there aren't too many Decks that can build this card anyways and this card can't attack; plus it's not a downright Cyber Dragon Infinity. However, it also comes with destruction protection. Then again, Ignister and Castel are capable of removing it.

Stuff like Photon/Galaxy/(Cipher) can still do it, but I don't know if they want to make this over their usual stuff and all, given the halved boost. (If Inzektors even matter nowadays, suppose you can just Astral Force over Exa or something, but that might not add much).

Taking into account Galaxies, assuming they use Photon Dragon / Knight, it's just 2900 and lower than the 3000/4000 bosses they can already use, although it can get better if you can steal Xyz. Most of the time, Decks will have at least a few Xyz that get summoned when needed, so there is some use there, but yeah it's pretty much reliant on your opponent otherwise. I think you could probably get away with letting it absorb dead Xyz on YOUR field also (like stuff affected by Chain or some other things that aren't of use to you at the moment). It's a more restricted CDI though, and can't absorb everything like that can (in this card's defense, it can hit anything in Defense Position too).

Protection effect is more on the lines of 101, which isn't bad, but depending on how much this card has absorbed, it'll probably push things a bit (though yeah, bounce removal does exist in those forms, and others).
